Returns

If you have second thoughts about your order from Nuan Nuan, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition. Returns do not apply to items on sale, skincare, healthy care (Moesie). An exception applies to items found defective upon arrival.

To start the process, please email us at nuannuan201220@gmail.com to request a return form.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the return and there will be a handling fee of MYR 15 deducted from the refund amount.

All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout. This ensures accurate tracking and compliance with KPDNHEP & Bank requirements.

Exchange

Got your eye on a different item? We offer exchanges for another item in your preferred choice within 7 days of receiving your items, subject to stock availability. Items must be returned in their unworn and unused condition. Exchanges do not apply to items on sale, skincare, healthy care (Moesie). An exception applies to items found defective upon arrival.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for the exchange item and there will be a handling fee of RM15 incurred.

Shall there be a discrepancy between the initial order and the exchanged item, the customer will need to bear any additional cost. If the exchanged item has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded to the customer.
